Do I need to use your 1/4" collet on the musclechuck?

It is preferred that you use the collet adapters designed for the MuscleChuck. You need to use the top hat version of the adapters.
will your bushings fit in to the Bosch 1181 router table?

It appears that Bosch does not offer a bushing option. We may be able to make a custom adapter for you. Please see:

Bought this at a show years ago and its been great. Like any dovetail system it has learning curve but is easier then most others.

After a little practice, looking good

I have only made a few designs with my new RJC system. So far, I have not had any issues with tight fits, but I am using softer woods so far.
What is good:
The equipment is solid, and I like the HDPE patterns.
The system, once together, is simple to use, and easy to measure.
The carbide bit is much better than some other brands HHS bit, which would dull quickly with exotic hardwoods.
What needs improvement:
The instructions are on a DVD, the same as what is available on YouTube. They leave a couple things out.
You must have a complete section of your board under the clamp, not towards the back edge, or it will ride up in the jig and not be lying on the pattern, which will not work.
It goes slower than they portray, but cuts are not bad looking at all, especially in harder woods.

Overall, this is a good system for the money. I plan on using it mainly for putting vertical designs in lathed vessels. Now that I have it, I also may be making some creative boxes to sell.
