3pc carbide tipped sets for the construction of straight or arched glass panel doors in display cabinets, grandfather clocks and divided light doors. Slot cutter creates a 1/8" groove for using 1/8" rubber retainer gaskets.

Route the profiles in the rails & stiles, then use the slot cutter to cut the groove for the rubber retainer. Slots in the rails can be made the full length of the stock. Use reference points to stop and start cuts in the stiles so the slot does not show at the top and bottom of the door.

Great product and great customer service

I was able to set up the bits for an excellent fit of the rails and stiles on the grandfather clock I'm making. I am very happy with them. I do wish there were better instructions for this specific bit set. The instructions on your website for a different set were somewhat helpful, but not great. Thankfully, the Klockit grandfather clock plan I am using has very detailed set up diagrams. I was also very impressed with your customer service when I received an unsolicited 30% "Oops Discount" on a 2nd set when I dropped the first set and chipped the carbide. Great company!

Glass panel door set

The router set was everything it claimed it was. I was able to give my doors the fit required to accomplish a sound glue-up. I was a little concerned about the third cut but it completed the job with style. Great looking job and a strong joint. Thank you Bill.
