We do not make these. We have come to the conclusion that hell might be freezing over before they are available again. The manufacturer is having some serious equipment issues and the 30 days that we were told 90 days ago is still in play. When they are available, we will post on the home page. Fingers crossed!

These work fantastic in Camaster

These work fantastic in Camaster CNC machine. No vibration and makes it very easy to change bits.

Musclechuck

Love the musclechuck. Makes bit changes super quick and easy. No slipping like the old metabo collet. I use this on my DWC cnc machine and I've not had any problem nocking the X Y out of position when changing bits as was a common problem using the two wrench type. Highly recommend this upgrade.

The muscle chuck installed easily and now the bits come off with just a little pry on the lip.

It added vibration to my router table which causes my insert plate to come loose, and added a lot of noise. So though I havenâ€™t noticed any turn out itâ€™s not balanced perfectly. Also it needs to be a little longer to make above table bit change easier.

Since you only purchased a collet reducer and hex key from us, are you saying that the reducer is causing issues? If you have a Musclechuck that you purchased elsewhere, please let us know and we will provide instructions to overcome this issue.

Musclechuck adapter

The fit is very snug, both in the 1/2 inch Musclechuck and the 1/4 inch adapter itself. This instills confidence that the bit will not come loose.
