Sanding Disc Compatibility: The IN-SAND™ CNC Sander is designed to be compatible with any 4” sanding disc. However, the sanding discs themselves are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Grit Sizes: Different grit sizes of sandpaper discs are used for different finishes:
- 40 grit: Coarse
- 80 grit: Medium

Choosing Grit: Select the appropriate grit based on the desired finish and the stage of the sanding process.
Setup:
- Check tool flexibility movement, aiming for approximately 3mm.
- Install the IN-SAND™ either at the tool holder or directly at the spindle of the CNC machine.
- Measure the IN-SAND™ on the machine measuring device or manually update the tool length from the pad surface. Ensure the diameter of the movement is 4-11/32” (110mm) instead of 3-15/16” (100mm).
- The sanding power is determined by the "Milling Depth," with a maximum depth of 1/8” (3.17mm). The recommended settings are 8,000 RPM and a milling depth of 0.3 – 0.5mm.
